Unfortunately at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions in place at USPS, some domestic orders are taking longer than usual and may take 5-7 days for delivery after we ship it. All International orders are taking much longer than expected, some as much as 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please be aware that this is out of our control and we do offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:
  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Custom and personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the item. Returns or exchanges will only be provided if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Avoid wearing your jewelry when using the shower, pool, or spa. The majority of our pieces are gold or silver-plated and can tarnish when exposed to water. We also recommend you remove Missy’s Vintage Jewelry pieces when sleeping or exercising.

Avoid contact with perfume and chemicals as they will affect the beauty of the piece.

For cleaning we recommend using a soft toothbrush with a drop of dish soap. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth immediately after cleaning to keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you bought it.

All items purchased will be shipped via USPS First Class Package Service, with tracking within 3-5 business days of purchase. They will be packaged in individual boxes and shipped in 6×9 Poly Bubble, moisture resistant, envelopes. With your package we will include a thank you note and a small gift as a token of our gratitude for your purchase. We greatly appreciate your business.
